I was completely disappointed. We booked this guest house while attending OTM because there were no rooms elsewhere, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotels I’ve used. The rooms were run down and seemed to be sinking. The washroom was tiny, the blanket had holes all over it, and the towel hadn’t been washed. They gave guests a used towel. No toiletries were provided, and they sold Aquafina for Rs.30. The kitchen also looked like it was sinking and seemed like it could cause food poisoning if used. The reception boys were very rude and didn’t know how to behave.

The one good thing is the location, with the airport nearby. The rooms are disgusting, the service is poor, and the staff are rude and mannerless.

I paid 2500 r/s and went to my room, then got a call from home about an emergency. Within 30 minutes I was heading to my hometown. They weren’t cooperative or understanding about my situation. This was bad, bad, bad, and I wouldn’t suggest staying here.

My window room had a nice view, and the lighting was great. The beds were soft, the sheets clean, the TV worked, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. It was comfortable and very well maintained, with nice rooms close to the airport. The issue was that I booked through the app using my username, but they made me change it and the booking details.

The staff were good and helpful whenever I needed something, and transport was easy to get. It’s close to airport terminal 2, and the area has plenty of places to explore for good food and beer. For my one night, the hotel was good enough. The rooms were clean, though smaller than they look, but they did the job.
