Pals Hotel worked out well for our group of 10 going to lollapalooza. The superior double rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was a convenient base for a short Mumbai stay. Mahalaxmi racecourse was 25 minutes away, with south Mumbai and Palladium in Lower Parel also close by. Dipak and Joshi were helpful and thorough throughout our stay. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable place in a good location.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Gateway of India and other attractions. The reviews were poor, but for a single night I figured it would be manageable. That was a mistake. The room was dusty and poorly maintained, and the pillows and blankets were very dirty and smelled bad. The fan and AC were so noisy that sleeping was difficult. I have no personal issue with the hotel, but I don't think this place is worth even ₹1000. If you book after reading this, you'll regret it.

Our family had a decent stay at Pals hotel. The bathroom was especially clean, and the rooms were big enough. It's hard to find a hotel this good and budget-friendly near Parel.

The hotel is close to lalbagcha raja pandal, which was one of the best parts of our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The service was very good, too.

I stayed five days as a woman on my own and paid 15,000 thousand. My experience wasn't good. The TV didn't work one day, and the remote was missing. I told them many times but still didn't get it. The restaurant attendant was horrible and spoke rudely to me every day. The hotel itself is okay to stay in, but I ask the owner to tell the attendant to be polite to everyone. It would be better for the hotel.
