OYO Rana Residency Near Western Express Highway Metro Station

I hated the rooms and the service. The rooms were in horrible condition, especially the bathroom, where earthworms would come in from outside. While I was staying there, someone also said the price had gone up and I’d have to pay extra.

The building is very old and broken, and there are no safety measures. The staff were rude, especially the worker who ordered us out of the room while cleaning instead of asking. We stayed two days. On the first day, our bags were stolen in Juhu, not at this hotel, but our keys were in the bag too. When we asked for another key, they rudely acted as if we were making up a story and wanted 1500 as a key penalty. The hospitality just wasn’t there. One of the worst hotels ever. Stay at the roadside or even a railway station rather than here.

I’d stayed here many times before, but today was a completely bad experience. The front desk staff were not right, and they spoke very loudly. The hotel is old, and the rooms, beds, and washrooms are not clean or properly maintained. Overall, a terrible visit. Don’t book here, find another hotel in Andheri.

OYO booked a room for me, but when I got there, they said there was no room available. A terrible experience before I’d even checked in.
