The rooms weren’t well maintained and cleanliness was below average. They charge extra for basic facilities, but the quality doesn’t justify it, and some promised facilities weren’t provided. When I complained, management didn’t respond properly. Staff were unprofessional and uncooperative when we asked for help, and guests weren’t treated properly. It feels like a rip-off. I don’t recommend this hotel. Save your money and choose somewhere better.
The front desk man’s behavior toward customers was awful, and the staff were cheap and rude. He charged for 24 hours, then called before that time was up and told me to vacate. He said he had a master key and would open the door and remove the customer’s belongings. Pacific inn should fire this unprofessional staff. NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE.
A great room at a very reasonable rate.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. At a Pacific Inn hotel, I found the room spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and the amenities I needed, including a TV, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. I was very satisfied with my stay.
The restaurant and stay at Pacific Inn both exceeded my expectations. I had a comfortable, enjoyable visit, with excellent food and service. Thanks to the whole staff for a wonderful experience. I’d confidently recommend it.
