Kakaku The Guest House

Shiva, the caretaker, made our stay memorable with his warm, attentive help. He helped us get settled and made sure our pet was comfortable. We stayed one night with our pet after a long day of travel, and the property was clean, peaceful, and pet-friendly, just what we needed. I’d recommend this cozy, well-kept place for its genuine hospitality, and would love to come back.

The rooms are extremely small, with decor that feels unnecessary, over the top, chaotic, and right in your face. At 4k in Adilabad, that’s a lot, especially when they charge extra for everything. Parking was 500 extra. The food was ridiculously expensive, 550 for a veg curry that would serve only two people, so we ordered from outside. Then plates and cutlery were another 300. Pets are allowed, but it costs 700 per pet per night. The staff seemed inexperienced and kept asking for tips. I don’t mind paying a tip, and we did, if the service is good. I made the morning tea and coffee myself in their common kitchen, then was asked for 200 rs plus a tip for three cups of tea and one black coffee. 😂 😂 It was a very weird experience, but as pet parents, what choice do we really have?

I’m here from abroad for a wedding and chose this boutique-style place to stay. It’s cute and comfortable, and I’m definitely satisfied with the service. Shiva is just a phone call away whenever you need anything. Highly recommend it, and applause again to Shiva.

Adilabad is a place where there isn’t a big city between Hyderabad and Nagpur, so this is one of the best properties to stay at. The room was nice, though small, and the washroom was very small too. Cleaning was okay.
