The location made getting around easy, and I had a comfortable stay at Ginger Hotel Agartala. The buffet breakfast and other dining service were excellent, and the food was tasty and well prepared, though a bit overpriced. Mr. Joydeb and Mr. Nikhil were especially attentive and hospitable. The room had a frustrating maintenance problem: its TV control kept switching the set on and off all night. I was also surprised that a business hotel had no basic shoe-shining service. The rates were around ₹4500 a night, compared with the roughly ₹3000 I’d expect at Ginger hotels. That felt too high for a relatively small town and out of line with the facilities and room standards. The service, food, and location were strong points, but the room issue and pricing need attention.

Miss Rupashi and Miss Gracy deserve a special mention, the staff were really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everyone was courteous, helpful, and prompt. The hotel was relaxing and well maintained, and I had a very pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable visit.

The reception team made check-in and checkout quick, and the other staff deserve praise too. Young Jyoti leads a cooperative group of colleagues, and I think that team could put the hotel ahead of others in Agartala. The staff were clean and warm in their manner. I stayed for two days, 19/02 and 20/2, and Mr Runu Deb managed breakfast and dinner. Thanks to him, I got specially prepared Hilsha for dinner on both days, something I’d never had before. His personal care for guests is a real asset, and I wish him great success in his work. I’d recommend Ginger to friends and others visiting Agartala. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and I had a nice stay at Ginger hotel, Agartala. Room service and the staff’s manner were worth mentioning. Jaydev, Nikhil, Prasenjit, rakhal, and the others at reception also deserve a mention.

Rubashi and Biplab at the front desk looked after me and helped make the stay smooth and stress free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff and housekeepers was fantastic. I’d recommend Ginger.
