The location is good, but the rooms are not well maintained. Staff service is average, and even for small requests guests have to remind them 2-3 times. The employees don’t seem interested in making guests comfortable. They’re just interested in taking money first.

The peaceful, beautiful ambience made for a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, carrying our luggage to the room when we checked in. They even celebrated our birthday with a lovely bonfire at night.

The food was the highlight for me, especially the very tasty mushroom matar. Mr. Rakesh Singh was really helpful, the property was neat and clean, and the service was good too. I’d recommend staying here in Udaipur.

A very poor experience. They let people from outside use the swimming pool, and the staff behaved horribly. When we asked them to match the online rates, they suddenly raised the room prices. Very unprofessional.

Music from other rooms was so loud through the night that we couldn’t sleep. It was extremely cold, but the night reception staff refused to give us a blanket. After this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to families. The staff member was very rude.
