The bathroom was clogged, the lights weren't working, and there were other problems too. After I followed up many times with the person in charge about the facilities, they told me to check out immediately and acted arrogantly and disrespectfully. I wouldn't recommend this place, even as a last option.
My booking was prepaid, but they still asked for extra money. I called OYO customer service to complain about the hotel staff, and OYO moved my booking to another hotel. Don't book this place through any channel.
The hotel lacked basic facilities, and the staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. It's a very poor hotel, please don't visit.
The rooms were left unclean, basic facilities were missing, and the staff behaved terribly. One of my worst stays.
A nice, well-maintained hotel that was neat and clean.
