Regenta Central Udaipur

We spent four days at Regenta Central and had a great stay. The Executive room we booked was roomy and well maintained. Staff were polite and the service was good. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread and tasted fine, while the rooftop pool was kept in good condition. We didn't eat at the rooftop restaurant, but it looked like a nice place. The cleanliness and the staff's humility deserve special mention.

I booked two suites at Regenta Hotel, a Royal and an Executive, and enjoyed the stay. The best part was the food. We had both breakfast and dinner buffets, and everything was consistently excellent. The serving staff were warm and attentive, and we saw them treating every guest that way. Housekeeping was efficient and attentive, and the ambience throughout the property was very nice. Two small things could be better: the non-veg buffet usually had just two dishes, so a few more would be welcome, and the room view was quite ordinary. Everything else made up for that. Thanks to the leadership team for keeping the staff motivated and working so well together. I'd recommend a stay and would love to return.

The breakfast was spot on, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Staff were attentive and courteous, especially the cleaner, who was very good and super fast. In room 608, a window was slightly open, so road noise came through for most of the night. They fixed it the next day. We also didn't have hot water. They tried to sort it out, but it only got warm. Still, a very nice hotel.
