Revaas Hotel

We spent two days here with family and enjoyed the hospitality, excellent service, and cooperative staff. The property was neat and clean. The rooftop gave us a lovely view of the lake and mountains. We'd love to come back.

My first impression was bad enough to make me cancel my Agoda booking. I'd called reception for a simple clarification before check-in, but my calls kept getting answered and disconnected. It took about 15-20 attempts before someone finally spoke to me, and the staff member was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful in her tone. When planning a trip, you hope for comfort, peace, and good memories, not careless treatment from hotel staff. This interaction completely undermined my confidence in the place. If guests are treated like this before they even check in, I can only imagine what a stay would be like. I wouldn't recommend it. Zero-star experience.

Nice experience overall, and we weren't disturbed. It's a good hotel, but it's on the outskirts, so you'll need your own vehicle or have to rent one from here. Booking online with a good offer is preferable.

An ordinary hotel with star ratings on various tour booking apps, but the hospitality management is absolutely zero. Staff were careless, and there was no complaint redressal. You may not even get towels in your room, and hot water is limited. DONOT EVER BOOK THIS KIND OF HOTEL.
