The hill view is great, though you mostly get it from the first floor or terrace. There’s a small garden on the property, the staff are good, and parking isn’t a problem. It’s a peaceful spot near jeevantara resort. There’s no food available here, so you have to order through Zomato or Swiggy. Prices should be in the three digits, and they do offer big discounts. I’d give it a thumbs up, but OYO raises the rate when you book two days, so stay just one day.
The room was a complete mess, and the service was pathetic. During our two-night stay, we saw the attendant only once. There was no hot water because the geyser didn’t work, and nobody tried to fix it. The handheld shower head was broken too. When we raised it, the attendant said, “What can we do? People come and break things.” We weren’t given towels because, they said, none were available. The table was broken and the room hadn’t been cleaned. This third-class accommodation ruined our whole trip. We’re planning to register a case against them for looting us.
My partner liked the food. The rooms are couple-friendly, and the room service is nice.
I’d definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.
The ground staff were so arrogant.
