Mewar Haveli

We even had somewhere to leave our bags after checking out, thanks to the luggage room, which not many hotels offer. Mewar Haveli went beyond what I expected. The staff from reception through to the rooftop restaurant were polite and helpful throughout the trip. I loved the haveli feel of the rooms for the budget we wanted, and the property was clean and smelled good the whole time. The food was amazing and worth the price. The location suited us for old city vibes and exploring traditional shops and food nearby. Loved the stay and would definitely come back.

The room views were stunning, especially at night with the city lights, and the rooftop restaurant had great views and decent pure vegetarian food. Some rooms may feel small, and guests on the second floor may hear rooftop restaurant noise, though it was manageable. Dhanraj at reception and Kishore at the restaurant were very polite and helpful. Mewar Haveli is convenient for local restaurants, stalls, and markets, and City Palace, Gangaur Ghat, Bagore Ki Haveli, and Jagdish Temple are all walkable. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and I had a pleasant stay.

The staff were courteous and helpful when answering questions, and the rates felt reasonable for the quality and prime location. The hotel is impressive, with beautifully decorated rooms and the necessary amenities. Major sightseeing spots are within walking distance. There are lake-view rooms and an in-house restaurant where you can eat while looking out at the lake and its lighting, with candlelight dinners available too. A lovely place for a unique experience. Thanks, Mewar Haveli! 🙏🏻

Rooms are on the small side, but they're well kept, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The haveli style gave the place a lovely heritage feel, and it was a good stay for a low budget. @Bharat took great care of us and was always helpful. Staff were polite and attentive, and the welcome was warm. We found the stay comfortable and peaceful, with really good food. The hotel is neat and clean, right in the main market, so it was easy to explore. I would happily return to Mewar Haveli Udaipur. It was a pleasant, good-value experience.
