Spring Sky Udaipur by ShriGo Hotels

The hotel interiors are nice, and the location is quiet and good. Rooms are a suitable size, the washrooms are good, and hot water is available. Housekeeping staff were good and welcoming. Food service is temporarily unavailable, though there is an escalator. Recommended.

The building looks decent from the outside and is well made, but there are several things the hotel needs to address. Food choices are limited and the prices are sky high. The bathrooms were very dirty, and service was terrible. The woman at reception was also working as a waiter.

Mr Manjeet was very cooperative, and both the food and the rooms were very good. The rooms were neat and clean, and the food was delicious. It's a nice hotel, though 9 km from the city. For non-veg food, you need to confirm a day in advance.

We found out at lunchtime that the kitchen would be closed from 2pm to 6pm, with no prior notice and no mention of it when booking. We'd booked about a month ahead, yet were given the most unfinished rooms. When we asked management to move us because the rooms were untidy, they said no rooms were available, which left us wondering what the benefit of booking early was. The staff and receptionist were quite generous, but management wasn't supportive. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.
