Meera Valley Resort

The staff were cooperative and the location was good, but the manager wouldn't help fix the problems or even listen. The washrooms were dirty, and even though we asked for dinner as soon as possible, they called half an hour later just to confirm it. The manager's behavior left me really disappointed. Pathetic stay at Meera Valley Resort, I’d advise against booking it.

The food was average and did little to improve a very bad stay. I booked Meera Valley Resort through @makemytrip for one night on a drive from Punjab to Mumbai, and regret it. The washrooms were filthy, with used toiletries left there, and the bedsheets and linens clearly weren't fresh. I had to make a fuss at 11:30 at night just to get the bathroom cleaned. The hygiene was shockingly poor. This was a completely pathetic experience. Management should take responsibility and issue a full refund. I strongly advise others to avoid the property unless it makes major improvements.

Guests speak well of the food, calling it good, and describe the place as peaceful. With hills and greenery around, the setting feels like a nice break from city life. Rooms, staff, and surroundings also get positive mentions from families and couples.

The staff were pleasant, and the service was quick and respectful. The location is excellent too. Thanks for making our stay memorable with such good service.
