We were there for almost 24 hours, May18-19. The location was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and honest. They returned the phone charger I’d left in the room. The food was especially good. The only downside was the air conditioning: it wasn’t working properly. They moved us to another room after we complained, but that room’s AC had the same problem.

We held our event at Bhawna Clarks Inn in Agra, and the banquet manager was cooperative throughout. The service team were attentive and courteous, and the hall was elegant and well maintained. They also offer in-house catering. It’s a strong choice for a wedding or reception if you care more about good food and service than upscale luxury.
