The staff and parking were the only good parts. The location is bad for a hotel, especially with family, and they refused to honour offers from goibibo. They also never told us at booking that guests couldn’t drink in the room. It’s a tourist city, and people should be able to relax, but this place wouldn’t even allow that. We checked out within two hours, and they didn’t try to stop us. I can’t recommend it at all if you like to drink and enjoy yourself. The owner seems to have stepped into the wrong business.

The staff were extremely rude. I complained and they just said that’s how it is. They told me the owner lives in Sirsaganj (U.P) and couldn’t be contacted about the complaint. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. The lift didn’t work, and neither did the set top box. In extreme winter, hot water was supplied only from 6 AM to 11 AM. Staff refused to provide it in the evening, saying the boiler only ran in the morning. It was so cold I couldn’t even wash my hands. Pathetic hotel.

I didn’t enjoy this hotel. The service and food were bad, and the workers didn’t have any dressing sense. Housekeeping came into the room without knocking.

The restaurant food was good, and the room was neat and clean. Basic amenities were in good condition. Nice stay.
