There’s little reason to spend time at TDI Mall now. Most of the retail units are empty, foot traffic is very low, and the place looks barely maintained. A few local businesses are still trying, including a liquor shop and some clothing stores, but they don’t bring much life to the complex. It feels neglected and quiet in an uninviting way, so I wouldn’t consider it a worthwhile destination.
Most of the upper floors are locked and have nothing going on. There are a few shops on the ground floor, including a liquor store, and one shop on the first floor. The food outlets facing the nearby metro station are popular with the public.
Much of the mall is closed now. A few cafes and places like Rush and McDonald's are still running, while the Big Cinemas seems to be doing great. It’s a good movie theatre, with parking and a lift available.
I remember this being a busy place with plenty of shops and things to do, and we used to come here often. These days it feels lonely and deserted, with only a few people around, mostly there for Carnival Cinemas. Some cafes remain, including Rush, McD, Chocolate Room, and 3D Liquid lounge, but they don’t seem to get many visitors. It’s mostly become a place to watch movies. It’s one of Agra’s oldest malls, and the movie theatre is really good and pleasant. There are many outlets, and I’ve always loved the haunted house there, which is adventurous and scary.
About five shops were open when I visited. The place has been neglected, with leaks and walls and floors crumbling away. I wouldn’t recommend this shopping centre. It needs to be knocked down and started again.
