I got there early in the morning and wasn't impressed by the young man at reception or his attitude. The room smelled, there were no bed sheets or pillow covers, and the door wouldn't shut or lock. They asked for far more than the room was worth. One of the worst hotels I've been to, I should have slept outside.

The room I got looked quite different from the pictures on the oyo app. The floor was dusty, the mirror was dirty, and the pillows and sheets were filthy. There was hair all over the bedding, and it seemed they hadn't changed it after the previous guest. Hygiene was clearly neglected. All they provided was a small soap and a dirty towel.

The rooms were very good, with clean sheets and towels, and the AC and geyser worked. The ambience wasn't great, but the location is within 1 KM of sec 43 ISBT.

The manager was rude and demanded extra money even though I'd booked online. I also didn't feel it was safe, especially for women. Never stay at this hotel.

The bathroom pipes were broken, and the rooms were far too expensive. Worse, the outside lock on my room was broken. When I went out for a while, someone stole some of my things. Thank God I'd moved the main belongings to another room, so only a little was left there. Better not to stay here.
