The hotel’s setting is beautiful, and there’s a restaurant on site. It costs a little more than average, but the food was very good and the service impeccable. Special thanks to Shanu! We ate there several times during our two-night stay. The room was clean, practical, well laid out, and a bit soundproofed. They even provided an extra heater for the Indian winter. A very nice hotel and very good value for money.

The hotel looks nice and has a pleasant atmosphere, but the room was very small. Food was very expensive, and both the staff service and room facilities were only moderate. There was no dental kit or body soap. Our room wasn't cleaned for two days, and housekeeping never came.

The chai and chole bature were both so good. Iraan, the owner, was really friendly and even brought extra servings. I'd happily recommend it.

Shan Khan looked after us with real warmth, and was friendly, professional, and attentive. The place was clean and had a great atmosphere, and the Indian food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I had a wonderful time and will definitely return when I'm back in Agra.

I wasn't staying at Maya Hotel, but I ate on its rooftop terrace for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and every meal was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were quick and attentive. There's a good feel to the place, with the street activity below if you want it, or fast Wi-Fi if you'd rather tune it out.
