Primrose Regency by OYO Rooms

The rooms smelled bad and were filthy.

I paid for a triple executive room but was given a deluxe room that costs less. I had to insist on the executive room because I had paid the higher rate. The room was filthy, with stained floors and unclean sheets, so we had them clean it after check-in. There were also small cockroaches. The bathroom clogged, and despite asking at check-in, there was no hot water for a bath at night. This was a dreadful place to stay, and I would not recommend it.

Finding the hotel took me 45 minutes because the location was misleading, and it sits right next to a cremation center where you may see people bringing a loved one's body for cremation. The beds are outdated, the sheets are torn, the cupboards aren't clean, paint is peeling from the walls, and there was smoke all over the floor. A lot needs to improve. IT workers should avoid staying here and spend 1000 extra on a better place. After reading the reviews, it seems like couples may enjoy themselves here.

We paid rs. 2500 for one night and didn't even stay 12 hours. The room was filthy, with hair on the bed, pillows, and in every corner, and the toilet was disgusting. The owner was very rude. When we left, nobody helped with our luggage. Instead, six or seven men watched and laughed while the three of us girls struggled with the heavy bags. This is the worst OYO I've ever stayed at, and I would never recommend it.
