I wouldn’t stay here again. Toilets weren’t cleaned properly, there were mosquitoes at night, and breakfast was poor, served in old greasy containers. They also charged too much for snacks in the room, which I thought were supposed to be free. There was nothing written or explained to say they’d cost extra. If you book offline, they’ll overcharge you. No negative rating option? This hotel deserves -10.

This was my second visit to moneta through my company. The owner and the people around were nice, and the staff gave very good service. One suggestion: it’d be good if they started a restaurant there just for guests.

The reception service was pathetic. The lobby clearly says checkout is at 12 pm, but we were told to leave by 10 am. It felt like a threat when the lady said they’d overcharge us if we didn’t check out early.

It’s a decent place if you’re after basic amenities, but don’t expect much beyond that. Breakfast doesn’t start until 9 or 9:30. The hotel was neat and tidy, but our room smelled strongly of smoke. We left the windows open for an hour, yet the smell had still got into the bedsheets. I’d definitely ask them to change the sheets.

The room was a good size and the location was great, but the quality wasn’t. There were dirt stains and holes in the bedsheets and pillow covers, and room service could do a better job cleaning the toilet. Breakfast was the best part, so make sure you include it when booking. The place is okay, but needs some improvement.
