OYO 76128 Hotel Star Inn

People and amenities were awful. Even with a booking, they charge you more, then put you in a low-quality room with no cleanliness and no AC. Staff behaviour and the way they talk are terrible. They were eating Gutka and spitting on the premises. I cancelled and stayed somewhere else. Worst experience. Don't waste your money. I'd rate it zero.

I went to check in at night after booking this OYO on the app, but the receptionist refused the reservation, saying they don't allow stays at that price and there's no parking. He told me to book the property through MMT or elsewhere at a higher rate. The behaviour was rude, and the experience was pathetic. I don't recommend booking this OYO.

I had nowhere else to go, since it was the night of the 12th and raining outside, but the room was a mess. The bedsheets and blankets weren't clean, and the rooms had no refreshments, bottled water, or TV. The AC was there in name only, with water dripping out of it, and there was no privacy because they'd turned a 2BHK flat into hotel rooms. First they wanted extra because I booked through oyo, then after an argument they told me to pay the same amount to their personal QR code. Don't choose this hotel o star inn. It'll be your worst experience.

For the price, don't expect much. If all you need is somewhere to leave your luggage, it's a good choice. Otherwise, it's a hard skip.
