I wouldn’t recommend this service apartment to anyone. In my experience, the elderly woman at reception was very rude, wouldn’t listen, and acted unprofessionally. It was a complete red flag for me.

The facility was below average, and the woman in the so-called reception area behaved very harshly, as if she were the warden of the whole world. This was the worst experience. If negative ratings were possible, I’d have given one.

In Kothrud, this is a safe, comfortable place to stay that’s easy on the budget.

The rooms were filthy, the bathrooms were broken and open, with no windows or glass, and the bed was full of bedbugs. We also found insects, and there was no room service. Mrs Kale was very rude. Even at check-in, she kept us waiting for ten minutes. We had to leave early because of an emergency, but they didn’t refund us. Never book this choice service apartment.

The fan looked like it could fall at any moment, the wall paint was coming off, and the room was dirty. Not worth staying here, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
