For a gathering of around 50 people, there were only three staff members. We had to keep asking them to serve water and clear plates while they stood in a corner talking. The decorators were rude and unprofessional, and the same person also took on the DJ role, which they handled irresponsibly. The rooms were missing basic amenities, and the geyser was faulty. After we reported it, we heard nothing for hours. The service throughout was pathetic and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Some of the staff were good, but the people leading them, including the manager, behaved very badly. The manager was no help, and the staff at The Indian Curry restaurant were extremely rude. If a restaurant can’t show visitors respect, it shouldn’t be open. Don’t come here expecting hospitality.

The rooftop was excellent, and the rooms were quite good too. From reception up to the rooftop, I found the place clean, and the staff were good in both their behavior and communication. It’s one of the luxury hotels.

They charged customers a high price, but when someone scratched our car, there was no security or responsible person to deal with the issue. They refused to take responsibility.

Once you’ve paid for the room, the staff start acting rudely and won’t cooperate. The manager, reception staff, and hotel service were all extremely rude, and the food was bad and smelled unpleasant. It was a terrible experience and a total waste of money. They’re also doing illegal business.
