The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the in-room dining menu was impressive. Breakfast had a great spread and came with excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help, and they kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in. Even the welcome cookies at check-in were a lovely touch. The location was great too. Thanks to the team for such an enjoyable stay. I’m looking forward to coming back.

It’s been two weeks since we left, and we still remember the smiles and kindness that made us feel so comfortable. Of the five hotels we stayed in while traveling around India, this was the most memorable and gave us the warmest welcome. A heartfelt thank you to Vishal, Rahil, Sapna, Rinna, Lily, Momoi, and Kim. Your sincere smiles, warmth, care, and attention made our stay brighter. We’re also grateful to the restaurant staff, the chefs, and everyone behind the scenes. We picked DoubleTree by Hilton Agra for our anniversary, and the location near the Taj Mahal made sightseeing easy. The staff made the occasion even more special by bringing us a cake and singing for us, such a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was the highlight, especially the live dosa counter with several fresh varieties made to order. There were so many options in the buffet. We had a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra.

Rishikesh made our stay even nicer with his kindness, helpfulness, and attentiveness. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the pool was large, and the spa and gym were very well equipped. Guest service and attention are among this hotel’s greatest strengths. A beautiful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Agra. The hotel was excellent, but the staff’s hospitality stood out most. Manager Raj Kumar, Sapna, Momoi, Biaki, and Vishal were warm, courteous, and attentive throughout. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience memorable. Highly recommended!
