Fabhotel Townhouse Inn

At breakfast time, 10am, the food had no taste. Rats were running around the beds, the whole hotel and room had a strange, unpleasant smell, and the floors and washroom were dirty. The photos don't match the hotel at all. The geyser wasn't working, and there was no other way to get hot water, so I had to bathe in cold water. The hand shower sent water in reverse, and the basin was clogged and wouldn't let dirty water drain. Very bad experience. Fabhotel and oyo hotel should check their properties before promoting them. Customers trust the images and videos they show.

The breakfast was just an aloo paratha with achar, with no curd, butter, or anything for the children. Toiletries weren't provided, the towels were rough, and the rooms smelled bad. The bedsheets weren't clean and the mattresses were poor. This is basically OYO rooms under the Fab hotels name. A complete waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There was dust everywhere, on the floor, AC vents, doors, and other surfaces. The hotel is dirty and badly maintained, and the TV didn't work. They serve the included breakfast at 10am, which doesn't work well when you're visiting as a tourist. There's no lift, so older people have to climb all the stairs.

Really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were kind and understanding. I'd recommend it to others.
