Savera A Business Luxury Hotel

I stayed here for two nights with my family because it was near our friend's house. The corridors felt claustrophobic, the restaurant stank, the rooms were average, and the washroom was below average. Room service was only okay. The intercom didn't work, so we had to call on a mobile or walk to reception. It was overpriced, with zero service, and the restaurant literally stank. Better to look at other places in the area. The checkout was the worst part. In the morning, I told the receptionist I might leave about an hour late because of a doctor's appointment, and he said it was no problem. Around 12:30, I asked for the final bill, then spent another 15 minutes arguing over late checkout charges. The person managing reception said it was their policy, even though I'd already been told it was okay. Since they knew I needed extra time, they could have said no in the morning or asked me to leave before the deadline. Instead, I had to pay. They don't seem to care about customer service, and I hope this review helps others understand the practices here.
