After a long journey, I was frustrated to be turned away and told to go to another hotel without a clear reason. The staff were rude, communication was difficult because the staff member had very limited English, and the receptionist didn't help explain what was happening. Instead of helping resolve it, they sent me away, so I had to find somewhere nearby at short notice. Both staff members should treat guests with basic respect and professionalism. The hotel's condition also didn't seem to match the online photos. It was a terrible start to my trip in Agra, and I wouldn't recommend booking here.

The staff were pleasant, but the hotel itself was in very poor shape. Both the room and bathroom were extremely dirty. It might work for a stop of an hour or two, but I wouldn't stay for a day or two. I can't recommend it.

The rooms were good, but the bathrooms were in very poor condition and service was slow and bad. Staff rarely seemed to deal with problems unless their boss was close by. If you have another option, stay somewhere else.

Slept so well here 😍😎 The rooms were super clean and luxurious, and the hotel staff were really lovely and friendly.

They charged 1000 Rs. for just two hours, and the experience was awful. The rooms were dirty and the staff were very rude. I wouldn't recommend it for couples.
