The check-in process was rough. I waited for hours, and receptionist Prabhakaran asked for extra money to check in just an hour early. Garbage was left in front of the room, and the price felt far too high for what we got. This place isn't suitable for families, and I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms don't look like the pictures or website. It felt like a last-resort option: the room was poor, there was no TV or mirror, and Prabhakaran never responded when I asked a couple of times for a mirror.

There was no Wi-Fi or room service, and none of the rooms had a beach view. My room was a decent size, but it didn't seem to have been properly cleaned in a long time. There were cockroaches and mosquitoes, dirty bedsheets, and an unhygienic washroom. The fan regulator was broken, so the fan only ran at full speed. Possibly the worst hotel room I've stayed in. If you've booked here, consider changing.

The actual room was completely different from the one shown in the app, and the amenities weren't in good condition. The TV didn't work, the AC was very bad, and there was no mirror in the room.

We had a confirmed booking and called the hotel for directions. The person there said every room was booked, but promised to check and call us back in five minutes. We waited more than half an hour, called again, and got no answer, even though they knew we were stuck in the street with a toddler and nowhere to park. Calling Booking.com was another pain.

The service was awful, and the room hadn't been cleaned.
