The washroom could use better upkeep, and the non-AC room didn't have hot water. Still, this is a flexible budget option: the single room was affordable, well maintained, and fine for a couple of people. The owner was attentive and friendly, let us check out 30 minutes late without an extra charge, and arranged a two wheeler when we asked. Parking was available too. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a budget place and can be flexible.

Our experience with the staff at ASR Residency was seriously bad. They were rude to tourists, didn't respond when we asked for things, and shouted at us. There were no proper blankets, drinking water, Wi-Fi, or TV, and the bath water was salty. Please don't book a room at ASR.

Not recommended. After we lost our key, there was no spare or master key. When we asked for another room, he told us to wait in the corridor, then the parking area. Very bad behaviour.

Harshath was polite, friendly, and easy to approach, and kept checking whether we needed anything. We felt safe in this residential area, which is easy to find from the main road, and there was parking for two and four wheelers. Our double deluxe AC room was reasonably priced and very comfortable: the air conditioning and water heater worked well, and the bedding, floor mat, and bathroom were all spotlessly clean. I'd highly recommend ASR Residence for an affordable stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the ASR Residency Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well cared for, and the bed was comfortable. Even the free toiletries were up to standard.
