Park View Residency

We came from Chennai on Saturday and checked out Sunday. The room was clean and very good for 1500. There’s car parking across the road, and Srividhya and Anujith provided excellent service. I’ll come again.

The hotel is on a quiet road facing a big park, and parking on the road felt safe. The rooms had working basics like hot water, AC, WIFI, TV, and a neat mattress. We got one water bottle each day, and there was RO water in the common area to refill. Most guests seemed to be families, which felt safe. We stayed as a family and booked two rooms. The service wasn’t great. I booked by contacting the owner directly, and she was pleasant, but there was a mismatch with the front desk. She had said tea or coffee could be arranged on request. When we asked at the hotel, staff said the owner hadn’t told them, so they checked with her before bringing it. We had paid half in advance, but at check-in the front desk woman pushed for the remaining half to close the accounts. I had heavy bags and a dead phone, and had to ask for more time. We’d have liked to see the room and freshen up before paying. One room smelled bad. Even after we asked for air freshener, the stink remained. Tip: contact the owner directly for a good deal instead of using an aggregator.

Park View Residency is peaceful, and housekeeping keeps everything tidy. We found comfortable, spacious rooms at a reasonable price, making it a convenient spot near the city center for families or solo travelers. Will be back!

The cost was very affordable for the quality, which made my stay even better. At Park view residency, my room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed to relax. I had a wonderful experience and will recommend it to others. I look forward to coming back.
