Villa Sentosa

We came for an event and stayed here, and I loved it. The staff were so kind, and I had the best time. The villa’s artwork all has meaning, and everything is maintained so nicely. The ambience is great, with an Indian maximalist feel.

The rooms have a unique look, and the villa has a heritage style. Right in the middle of town, it’s easy to reach the tourist spots. The staff and hospitality made the stay even more comfortable. I’d highly recommend it to friends and families.

Villa Sentosa is peaceful and beautiful, with Chettinad-style interiors that give it a traditional feel. We had a relaxing, memorable stay, especially if you enjoy a quiet and distinctive cultural experience. The staff provided excellent hospitality, helped us with travel, and made sure we were safe throughout. Highly recommended.

We arrived at 7 PM, although check-in was at noon, and our room still wasn’t ready. The kids’ room had a cheap, foldable bed like a hostel bed, which was completely unacceptable. The place was in terrible condition: rooms were stuffy and smelly, upkeep was poor, beds and linens were dirty, and bathroom fixtures were rusty and unhygienic. Basic supplies were missing too, including drinking water and toiletries. The self-service area usually had no coffee, water, or cups, and repeated reminders didn’t get things sorted. Hygiene and service were very poor, with no accountability. I strongly recommend staying away from Pondy Villa Santosa.
