We booked three rooms and seemed to be the only guests there. The hotel felt deserted, like it didn't get regular business, though the staff were helpful. It was hard to find because there wasn't a hotel by the name Fab Hotel white castle. The name gave us the impression it would be somewhere worth looking forward to, but that wasn't what we found.

I felt well looked after throughout my stay. The hotel had a cozy feel, and the staff made an effort to handle my special requests, which made the experience memorable.

Please be careful booking this place. I had a confirmed reservation for Hotel white castle through Fab hotels, but when I arrived there was no Fabhotel white castle. The hotel was operating under another name, Golden bird. The receptionist said they no longer had any connection with FAB, while FAB support insisted Golden bird was white castle and gave me the hotel's number. I called it from another phone, but nobody answered. It was 10 PM, and I was with my family and my 3-year-old daughter, so I had little choice but to take the room after the receptionist told me to ignore FAB. I paid Rs. 1800 for a room worth Rs. 500. I'm still trying to get my money back from FAB Hotels.
