This was a nightmare of a stay, and I left feeling cheated out of the 4k advance payment. The booking site photos, name, facilities, and appearance didn't match the property. The approach road was terrible, there was no boundary wall at the front, and parking was just in an adjoining plot or on the road. Staff showed no empathy, and the lift wasn't working, though the lift area was on the ground floor. They put us in a room worse than the one I booked on Agoda. When I objected, they said there was only one room of that type, the one I'd paid for in advance. That room was shabby, had no bathroom door, and lacked basic amenities. We ended up in a smaller room with smaller beds. There was no toiletries welcome kit, no hot water, and no working TV. They blamed citywide cable problems on metro work. It took a lot of insistence before they finally gave us the AC remote, after first saying the whole hotel's AC was controlled by one remote that couldn't be handed to a guest. I contacted Agoda twice and was told they'd help, but nothing happened. They wouldn't cancel without the property's approval by phone or email, while the property said it hadn't received an email. With my family and nowhere else to go in the evening, we stayed for a day. The cold breakfast had no variety, mosquitoes were a problem, and there was noise in the corridor late at night. There was no restaurant support for lunch or dinner, so we ordered from Zomato. The next morning I felt cheated and harassed, so we left for a better 5-star property despite losing the advance for two days. The receptionist refused to give us checkout proof or mark us checked out in the system. Other customers helped me get something in writing, but they still didn't log me out. Very poor service from Agoda and the property. I hope people read this and avoid treebo prime grand on Agoda and other booking sites. Worst hotel experience I've had.
