Hhw Hotel- Agra

The location made it easy to reach nearby attractions, yet the hotel still felt quiet and restful. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out, always willing to do a little extra. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out with everything we needed to relax. The stay exceeded my expectations. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

At HHW Hotel in Agra, the staff were professional and the food was great, from breakfast to dinner. Our room was cosy and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying here if you visit Agra.

The reception team were especially polite and helpful, and another staff member carried our luggage to the room at check-in, which was much appreciated. The room had the essentials, including coffee, milk, sugar, and tea bags, plus shampoo and moisturizer from the Old Tree brand. We stayed for two nights. The location was convenient, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The only snag was the washroom flush. I called twice before they changed our room, after which everything was fine. Having to call again was a bit irritating. Even with that issue, it was an excellent stay and worth it, one of the best hotel experiences I've had. If I visit Agra again, I'll seriously consider staying here. I'm giving 4 stars because 4.5 wasn't available, and I couldn't give 5 after having to call twice about the washroom. Still, I recommend it.

The food at dinner and breakfast was really good, and the service from Mr. Praveen was very good. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were polite and helpful. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay at HHW hotel.
