The wait was ridiculous, and the staff had no manners or interest in serving customers. They acted like taking our order was a favor. The food was awful too, tasteless and oily, like it had been cooked days ago. Even street food is ten times better. A waste of money, time, and mood. Stay far away.

My mother and I both had severe stomach pain after eating the Veg Manchurian I ordered from Spicy Hub through Swiggy. The stale-tasting balls had an unpleasant smell, as if they’d been made much earlier and reheated, and the gravy tasted off and oily. It was a very worrying experience. People ordering through Swiggy expect food to be fresh and handled hygienically. This fell short on freshness, safety, and hygiene, and selling food that may cause health problems is unacceptable. I urge the restaurant to improve its food quality and hygiene, and Swiggy to take this feedback seriously so other customers don’t face similar problems.

They’ve given me normal biryani instead of the special chicken biryani three or four times, and they don’t even apologize. Today I ordered biryani and butter nan, and they left one butter nan out. They’re taking customers’ money this way and constructing buildings.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 10 years, and it used to be very good. On my visit on 20th March 2026, the pepper chicken was good as usual, but the rest left me disappointed. The mint chutney was basically curd with no pudina and tasted very bad. They said there was a gas shortage, so only biryani was available. The biryani was okay, but the raita was thin like water mixed with curd, not thick like proper raita. The chutney and raita were really bad and are hurting the restaurant’s reputation. I hope the owner or whoever’s in charge fixes these issues.
