There was no night staff available. I was left standing at the gate for more than three hours before I could get to my room.

Someone in my family had a patient at SN Medical College and needed somewhere to stay because there was no room at the hospital. The hotel refused them a room because he was with two adult girls. They were both over 18, and he explained they were there for treatment, but the hotel still said no. This is a stone-age mentality.

The stay itself was excellent, but the night staff didn't behave well.

The photos look quite different from the room they gave me. Rats were roaming around the lobby and inside the rooms, and the bedsheets and toilets were in terrible condition. This is a low-grade hotel, and I had a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was presented as having most things, but after I checked in, the staff didn't seem to care about what I needed. They weren't friendly and wouldn't bring anything to the room, leaving customers to manage for themselves. Only consider staying here if you just need somewhere to get through a night. The AC may or may not work.
