The worst experience ever. In the AC room, the AC didn’t work and neither did the fan. The toilets were broken, the flush didn’t work, and dirty, bad-smelling water came from the tap. At checkout they charged me an extra 50 rupee even though I left two hours early. They told me a Non AC room was 500 and that rooms cost 650 at checkout, while an AC room was 1000, but I booked it for 900. We had a bad experience with this place, please don’t book a room here.

Very worst hotel. Please don’t stay here. The room and staff were very bad, and the owner is a double game person. Worst hotel, please don’t go.

The staff were very polite, and the location is close to the agra can't railway station, within walking distance. The service was alright, and amit was polite and helpful to us. I’d recommend the hotel to family and friends ❤️

The owner spoke nicely, but the staff were very rude. The place is maintained very badly. The washroom flash wasn’t working, the TVs were broken, and there was a dirty smell in the washrooms.
