Shyam palace inn

I paid much more than nearby hotels for a room in the same condition, and the stay was far below basic hospitality standards. The room didn’t feel ready for guests, with unfinished work visible throughout. It also had serious cleanliness and maintenance problems: the bathroom smelled foul, the taps were rusty, and basic toiletries weren’t provided. I was extremely disappointed with Hotel Shyam Palace Inn and can’t recommend it unless those issues are addressed.

Raj kumar was excellent in his hospitality, and the rooms were wonderful. I had an excellent stay and would consider coming back. Thank you.

The place itself was okay, but the staff were extremely unhelpful and we had to put up with their tantrums. On our first visit the room was dirty, the bathroom and floor were dirty, and there was no water. They gave us complimentary bottles the first time, then charged us when we returned.

The in charge was humble and helped guide us through our trip, even arranging conveyance. Our rooms were neat and tidy, and the A/C worked properly. I’d been unsure about hotels for my first family trip to Braj Dham, but found this place on Google and was glad we chose it. Highly recommend.
