It’s easy to spot from the main road on the Mathura-Vrindavan route, and the location worked well for me. The rooms were quiet, in good condition, and had AC that worked properly. Having a restaurant downstairs with room service was handy too. There were some drawbacks. We couldn’t get hot water, possibly because it was summer, and the staff were average. Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect in the room or even at reception, apparently because of technical problems.

There’s no parking, and service at reception was a real concern. On the first day I struggled because there was no one available to contact. The AC, TV, and intercom weren’t working either. The next day I managed to find someone and got a visiting card. They moved me to another room and gave me a mobile number. Day two was good.

We were very satisfied. The staff were all well mannered, and everything felt very professional. The room and food quality were both very good. Kartik ji was especially courteous.

The rooms are spacious and the location is fine, but the service is extremely poor. Breakfast took two hours to prepare, the restaurant AC didn’t work, and the washroom geyser was out of order. Towels smelled bad and had holes, and they didn’t provide soap or shampoo. There was never anyone available at reception.

The food was good, but they charged us incorrectly when we were leaving. I noticed the mistake, though we were in a hurry. We only ate there and took photos, we didn’t stay at the hotel.
