The price is sky-high for rooms and bathrooms this poor. Paint is peeling, there are no charging sockets, the TVs don’t work, and the AC switches off on its own. The bathrooms are disgusting, and there are water leaks and a bad smell in the rooms. There were rats, lizards, and cockroaches around, and nothing felt hygienic. Room service was awful, and they charge a lot for extra mattresses too. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. I’d tell everyone to stay away for their own good.

The location is handy, near Mathura Jn., and the price is low compared with other Mathura hotels. But there were plenty of problems. We booked two rooms on the 2nd floor in a hurry, and they were very messy. The towel had already been used, no bathroom supplies were provided, and the toilet was in such bad shape that no one wanted to use it. By morning the room lights had fused, so we had to get by with a flashlight. There was a gas connection for the water heater in the bathroom, and it was leaking. We were scared it might explode. They charged for water and didn’t provide regular water, and also asked us for GST despite a policy change. If you can, look around for other hotels during the day instead of rushing into a booking like we did.

The rooms were filthy, and our ground-floor room flooded when sewage water came up from the bathroom. It ruined our shoes and bags. They moved us to another room, but there was a gas leak from the geyser there, so after we complained we were moved again. The owners and staff are cons. If you care about your life, time, and mood, don’t go to this hotel.

The room was average and costs about 800rs a night. It had a cooler, and the bathroom was in good condition. The hotel is beside the main road near Mathura junction, with autos available to go around and the bus stand about 400m away. It’s decent for families and couples. They don’t give rooms to local people.
