We had a lovely stay in mathura. The surroundings were beautiful and the location was great, with a lovely first impression from the hotel. The receptionist and staff were especially friendly and helpful.

Good experience. The staff behaved well, and shiva Thakur took good care of us. They upgraded my room too. Jay Jagannath

Dinner was good value, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the hotel was clean and stylish. Everything about the stay was exceptional, and I was very pleased with it. The staff made a great first impression, especially the friendly and helpful receptionist. The location and surrounding atmosphere were lovely too. I’d like to come back for a longer visit. Lovely stay in mathura.

There were six or seven guys sitting in reception, and they stared at my friend whenever we passed, which made her very uncomfortable. In the morning, we had no hot water because the geyser was in another room’s bathroom. We’d get hot water only if that guest switched it on. The door lock was jammed, and it came out once when we opened the door. The hotel charged me 2000 for it, saying the owner would charge the staff if I didn’t pay. I’d called ahead to confirm early check-in and agreed to extra charges, almost the price of a night, but when I arrived they acted as if they knew nothing about it. We had to change rooms three times. This was a terrible stay, and I hope others can avoid it.
