The location is good and the kitchen staff were superb. They served a delicious breakfast, and the hotel staff were very good, bringing things up whenever I called. My stay was good, but there were basic things missing at check-in: no water bottle, an empty all out, a shower that didn't work, and a sink tap that wasn't working properly. Hot water only started after staff came by. They sorted everything after I complained except the shower and sink tap. Tissue paper was only provided when I asked. These things should be checked and ready in the room before guests arrive. I travel a lot and don't want to ask for all that after check-in. I wasted almost 30 minutes getting it arranged. Five stars for the staff, four for the rooms.

The bathroom was awful, the Wi-Fi was too slow, and there were no toiletries or water bottle even at first check-in. Even though my booking through cleartip included breakfast, they never served it. I'm attaching the booking screenshot. This was the worst, most horrible stay I've had at Hotel shrinath palace. This isn't a paid review or an attempt to target anyone personally. The service and hospitality were pathetic, and I wouldn't suggest anyone book here. Book at your own risk. Thankyou Shrinath palace for this terrible experience.

The hotel is within walking distance of gate no 3 of janmbhoomi temple, and they have an in-house restaurant with a good variety of tasty food. For this price range, the rooms are quite good and include the basic amenities. The staff and service were exemplary, and I had a pleasant stay. I'd highly recommend it for the price.

The hotel is only about 700 mtrs from Shri Krishna Janmbhoomi, and it has an in-house restaurant. Rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, and the hotel staff are very good. Breakfast has good choices, though you can select only two items along with tea or coffee. They should improve the toiletries and standard complimentary amenities. The rest was good.

We were comfortable visiting Vrindavan, about 6 km away, and Shri Krishna Janam Bhoomi, which is nearby. At Shrinath Hotel the environment felt friendly, the staff service was excellent, and the luxury room was paired with food service. I had a really great experience and would personally recommend staying there and enjoying it.
