The staff were polite, but there were a lot of problems: the rooms are tiny, and apart from the new beds, the amenities were poor. The wall by the AC was damaged, the faucet didn't work properly, and the TV was out of order. The lighting was very dim and the screen was transparent. Noise from the banquet hall was so heavy that I couldn't sleep. The food wasn't good, and they had left expired coffee and milk powder in the rooms. Full laundry service wasn't available, and I couldn't get bills.

For the price, the hotel itself was good, but I wasn't happy with the service.

A clean, neat place that worked well for a family stay. The staff were excellent, and the food tasted great and was excellent quality. Definitely recommend it.

This was my best hotel experience in India so far. The rooms were good and the service was extraordinary. The food was so good, especially the breakfast and dinner buffet, which were the best I've had in India at this price. Highly recommend it. Thank you.

We booked four rooms for two days, and every room was very clean with excellent bathrooms. The service was lovely, too. Water bottles aren't placed in the rooms, but they bring them promptly when you ask. We had dinner there once, and the food's taste could definitely be improved. I'd recommend this hotel for travelers on a limited budget who aren't expecting five-star amenities or service.
