Host Vignesh was friendly and cooperative, and the location was really good. I went with my family, and the place had all the facilities we needed. The cozy rooms and beautiful living room looked just like the photos. Amazing stay, would definitely recommend it.

The sweet couple hosting us on the ground floor made this a very nice place for families. I visited with friends and had a very good experience. There were two spacious bedrooms with attached baths, a large hall with a traditional wooden swing, a dining area, kitchen, and wash area. Futon beds were available for extra people. A very nice vacation stay, highly recommended.

We were six people staying at Bay Homes for the weekend, and for the price range it was the best stay I've had in Pondy. The place was luxurious, the rooms were clean, and the facilities were extraordinary. The Google photos don't do it justice. All rooms had air conditioning, and the fully equipped kitchen had the basics we needed. The double-door fridge worked very well and had an ice cube facility. I liked the soothing dim lights in the hall, and the carrom board and swing were great for relaxing. It's right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of rock beach and nearby bazaar street. The caretaker was friendly and helped us with everything. For a luxury home stay in Pondy, I'd definitely recommend it to families and bachelors. Looking forward to staying again!

The place was spotless, and it looked just like the photos. It felt safe for our group of women, including our mothers and aunties, who are senior citizens, and had the comforts and facilities of home. On our first day, we were given basics like milk, bread, butter, and vegetables. Mr. Kumar Ramaswamy was friendly and helped us plan an itinerary, suggesting some fun, thrilling places we hadn’t heard of before. We all enjoyed our stay.
