The food and location were the only good parts. There was no service person, the place was very unhygienic, the bathroom had no lock, and water was clogged. It's a 1 star hotel, and paid reviews have pushed it above 4 stars. Don't visit.

I've changed my review after hearing about a number of concerns from the rest of our group. It was a modest place to stay, and the manager was friendly and hospitable. On a personal note, the manager could ask for a review instead of pushing for one. Thanks for accommodating us. We may visit again in the future.

Think 1000 times before booking. The bathroom door was broken, the rooms had zero maintenance, and the beds weren't comfortable. The geyser only became available half an hour after a phone call to the reception boy. They give towels to use as bathroom mats. I don't know how this place is marked 3 star.

I had a confirmed booking, but the reception staff were extremely unprofessional when I asked about early check-in. I understood it depended on availability, but they were rude, denied me entry outright, and offered no help or alternative. Their dismissive attitude made it feel like they had no interest in customer service. Guests should be treated respectfully whether a room is ready or not. The experience ruined my stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting a smooth, welcoming check-in.

The hotel is nice and affordable for us, and the staff behaved much better than expected. They treated guests like friends and seemed well educated, even compared with staff at a 5 star hotel in gurugram.
