The manager was very rude, and the bathrooms were dirty with no water supply. I was in a hurry at checkout and had asked to charge my phone at reception, then realized I'd left it behind. When I returned, it was gone and they wouldn't give it back. They told me to leave or they'd call the police.
This was the worst hotel. Staff or waiters stole valuables from your room when you went out, and the owner was involved too. Enter at your own risk.
The wedding function at this hotel went very badly. The food service was poor, and I felt insulted in front of my guests. They weren't happy either.
The food was awful, and the staff weren't cooperative. The owner seemed greedy. He told us to cancel through Oyo and pay cash directly to the hotel so he could profit from us. I wouldn't recommend coming here or staying here.
I made the mistake of choosing this place and won't stay here again. While other hotels are accommodating, this one charges 30 percent extra for early check-in, calculated on an amount higher than what I paid through ibibo. It was a terrible experience.
