At Hotel Surya Palace, Chomu, the team provided great service. Everyone was polite, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to manager Mr. Neelam Singh for being so cooperative and supportive. I had a very good experience and highly recommend it.

I usually like the food here, but yesterday’s two plates of chowmein had so much salt they were 🤮. The day before, I came with friends and ordered paw bhai. It wasn’t worth the money, with lots of oil and no taste. I think the owner should change the staff.

The owner made our four-day stay easy and comfortable, even though there was a payment problem at first. The amount had been deducted from my side but hadn’t reached the hotel, and he still accommodated us without any hassle. He was kind, professional, and understanding. The service and hospitality were top-notch, and the stay at Chomu Surya Palace was memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chomu. Many thanks to the gentleman owner. Well-deserved five stars.
