We couldn’t get the TV connection working or any hot water, and WiFi was unavailable, which was a real problem for a corporate visit. We complained several times about the connection, but no one tried to fix it. We also had to keep asking for a dustbin and never got one, which raised hygiene concerns. The manager or accountant had promised good service but didn’t deliver. I saw them shouting at staff instead of dealing with the problems, which showed poor management and no accountability. A very frustrating, disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The team were professional and attentive, and the facilities were kept in good shape. Check-in went smoothly, and the service made the stay pleasant and productive. I’d happily come back on another visit.

Water stayed pooled in the washroom after I showered, so using it later was difficult. The room was tiny and cramped, and I found it uncomfortable to move around. It made the whole stay inconvenient. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We’d been assured beforehand that proper parking would be available, but on check-in day they said there was no designated parking and told us to leave the car beside a very busy road. We also weren’t given any water bottles, even though we stayed for a few nights. The hotel is very poorly managed.
