Collection O 80122 Pitampura Residency

After traveling 150 km, I arrived to find the reception guy saying the hotel was no longer with OYO and that I’d need to book directly for 1500. I called OYO Customer Care, and they sorted out my booking after speaking with the property manager. The receptionist was rude and kept saying “oyo dundhat hain.” He overcharged me by 940 rupees, which I accepted because it was night and I didn’t know the area. Then I got to room 402: no AC, TV, or Wi-Fi, an open plumbing shaft, dirty, smelly room and bathroom, exposed electrical wires, and housekeeping staff belongings stored inside. When I went back, the receptionist ignored me. I called OYO again, and he was rude to their customer care too. I attached photos of the room and a screenshot of my booking details.

I received an email from OYO saying I’d booked a room here, but I never made that reservation. I emailed OYO to let them know, and they took no action. They’re creating fake reservations.

The room was filthy and felt horrible, and it looked nothing like the pictures. The staff member, though, behaved well and was helpful.

I really liked the hospitality. It could use some renovation, but otherwise everything was good.
